The ring was everything we imagined and more. It was even more beautiful in person. Jimmy was a wonder to work with and was not trying to upsell anything (in fact, he specifically reached out to inform us that platinum was difficult to resize to make sure that we had the sizing correct if we wanted that option). The ring was perfect, it fit perfect, and it was made and shipped to us MUCH earlier than we expected. Again, Jimmy was an extremely responsive person and even held the ring to ship after we came back from our vacation.
