About Ordering
1. Production
All of the jewelry in our store is "custom-made by hand", which means that we only start making the item after you have placed an order and successfully completed the payment.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
At the moment, the estimated time from placing an order to receiving the items is 3 to 4 weeks.Sometimes, due to holiday seasons or a large demands, the production time will be extended. If our production time is extended, we will mark the estimated delivery time on the product information page in our shop (StarlandUS.com).
3. Rush Orders
If you require quicker production and delivery, please select the appropriate rush service when purchasing the product. Before doing so, please contact us by email to verify whether your desired delivery date is achievable.
4. Service Notice After Placing an Order
Please note, completing the online checkout process does not mean that we accept your order to purchase products or services from us. We will soon (but no later than 48 hours) notify you by email to confirm that we have received and are processing your order ("Confirmation Notice").If we cannot provide the products or services you ordered, we will not process your order and will notify you in writing (via email) as soon as reasonably feasible and provide a full refund.If the you need to modify the order information within 48 hours after placing the order, please email us in time. If not, the order information is assumed to be correct, and the order will enter the production process 48 hours after placing the order.After the product is produced and successfully shipped, we will email you the tracking number for you to verify and track the shipping information. As our products are handmade and require a certain amount of time, please be patient during this time. Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status or you can contact support@starlandus.com to see the order status.
Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays,destination countries (especially shipping addresses outside USA or Canada), bad weather and international couriers.

Warranty
- We offer a 90-day unconditional warranty. Any product issues that arise within 90 days of delivery are within our warranty coverage and we provide a free ring resizing service (one time). Please refer to the "Ring Resizing Service Terms" for specific matters related to resizing.
- We offer a 2-year warranty starting from the date of item received. The warranty only covers damage caused by non-accidental and normal wear and tear.
Excludes common jewelry issues that are not covered by our warranty:1. Discoloration due to contact with chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.2. In general, prongs and precious metals will wear out over time and may need "re-tipping" or repair work due to normal wear and tear.3. Bent, jammed, or worn prongs can result in gems falling out or getting lost due to normal wear and tear or other damage.4. Lost gems or gems that have fallen out due to fracturing or breaking caused by normal wear and tear or other damage.5. Issues arising from any repair, modification, or other service performed by someone other than us (brand name).6. Dents, notches, and scratches that occur due to wear are unavoidable and are not considered defects.7. All metals discolor over time, but this process can be accelerated when they come into contact with substances such as perfume, salt air, sulfur, skincare cream, hair spray, chlorine, and acidic skin pH levels. The degree of discoloration (oxidation) is dependent on your skin and jewelry care habits. Discoloration due to the aforementioned reasons is not covered by this warranty.
Please note that the slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural features or inclusions (visible or otherwise) in colored gems are unique to each piece. These characteristics comprise part of the beauty of the gem and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece of jewelry; they should not be considered defects. Due to these natural variations and differences between computer screens, your jewelry may look slightly different in real life than it does online.
Ring Resizing Service
It is crucial to accurately measure your ring size before placing an order. Most of our rings can only be resized up or down by about one size. Otherwise, it may be necessary to remake the ring, and the cost of remaking a ring is 30% of the original price.
If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend having the size adjusted at a local jewelry store. This can avoid the risks and costs of shipping high-value items back and forth, and you can get your ring back more promptly. Most of our rings are easy to size for a skilled jeweler. Of course, within the 90-day unconditional warranty period, we're willing to fully reimburse you for the cost of resizing locally (reimbursement with an invoice).
If you can't solve the issue locally, feel free to contact us at any time and send back.
The cost of resizing is generally between 80-100 dollars per ring for your reference.
Note: Some designs and settings cannot be resized, such as full eternity bands and platinum material rings due to the hardness of the metal. All rings can only be resized within a limited range (we can increase or decrease the size by 1)
Cancellations
Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase
As a general rule, we complete the confirmation process and initiate production within 48 hours of receiving a customer order. If a customer initiates a refund within 48 hours of placing an order, a full refund can be made.
Cancellation after 48 hours of purchase
After 48 hours your order wil go into production. and we can no longer stop the production process, Please note that the amount of time and effort spent on each order can't be canceled. Therefore, there will be a restocking fee of 30% for all cancellations that are requested after 48 hours.
Returns
Each of our products is handmade. We meticulously care for each product and ensure that it is accurate and error-free.
Returns generated due to quality issues
Should a return be necessary due to a quality issue with the product , please contact us via email (support@starlandus.com)within three days of receipt. Include your proof of purchase or order confirmation. If a defective product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned item in its entirety. The cost of return shipping will be borne by us.
Quality issues refer to serious defects in the metal or craftsmanship of the product (broken prongs, broken ring arm, loosened or fallen stones and etc.) or significant discrepancies between the item received and the item ordered.
Inconsistencies in the pattern of particular stones such as moss agate, dissatisfaction with the shape of gems, or items appearing larger or smaller than expected do not constitute quality issues.
Returns instigated due to personal reasons
If a return is initiated due to personal reasons on the customer's part, we kindly ask that you email(support@starlandus.com) us with the specifics within three days of receiving the item. Returns instigated for personal reasons do not qualify under our unconditional return policy that is applicable to defective items. In these instances, customers will be required to bear 30% of the costs along with the return shipping fees(C.O.D. Not Accepted). Upon receiving and inspecting the full returned item and ascertaining its condition, we will complete the refund process within five business days.
The return of personalized and customized products.
Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.Custom items include engraving, hidden gemstones, personalized carving, customizing into a new design, and any modifications to product details based on individual customer demands.
Replacing the main stone with a standard stone does not qualify as customization.
Diamonds and salt and pepper diamonds are not considered as standard stones and are not eligible for returns.
Note:
- Layaway orders do not qualify for refunds or returns.
-Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The time and effort we invest in each order are non-refundable. Therefore, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returns that are not related to quality issues.
- All items must be returned in their original condition without any signs of wear, tear or modifications. If an item shows signs of wear or tear,or has been changed in any way, or is returned beyond the allowed three days, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Exchanges
1. If an exchange is necessary due to a significant product defect, we will help the customer complete the exchange unconditionally and without any cost to the customer, but please contact us within three days of receiving the goods.
Product quality issues include:
- Broken prongs
- Broken ring arm
- Loosened stones
- Significant discrepancies between the item received and the item ordered.
Note: Inconsistencies in the patterns of particular stones (such as moss agate), dissatisfaction with the shape of the gem, or the item appearing larger or smaller than expected do not constitute quality issues.
2. Customers who need to exchange products due to personal reasons will need to bear an additional 30% fee.Please consult with us by email (Email - support@starlandus.com) first if you have any issues. After confirming with us, you can send back the items. Once we confirm there are no issues, we will exchange the product for you.
All items must be returned in their original condition without any signs of wear, tear or any modifications. If an item shows signs of wear or tear, has been changed in any way, or is returned beyond the allowed three days, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
PS:
If you need to change your product variants (such as size, center/accent stones, or a different design) after placing an order, please contact us within 48 hours, before the order confirmation. We will do our best to assist you with the changes. However, once the order has entered the production process, it will not be possible to exchange the product. Any costs incurred due to changes at that stage will be the customer's responsibility.Nonetheless, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be more than happy to help resolve any issues.
