I could not be happier with this ring. The photos are beautiful, but they honestly do not capture how striking it is in person. The deep red garnet, black-gold setting, coffin-shaped design, and intricate bat-wing details come together perfectly. It is dark, romantic, elegant, and completely unique. The craftsmanship and small details are exceptional, and the ring feels every bit as special as the occasion it was purchased for.
We experienced a stressful delay with UPS just days before my proposal, and Jimmy went above and beyond to help. He responded with genuine compassion, took the situation seriously, and offered several incredibly generous solutions to make sure the proposal would not be ruined—even though the shipping problem was ultimately outside the store’s control.
Thankfully, UPS located the package and the ring arrived in time. Opening it and finally seeing it in person made the entire experience worth it. It is absolutely awesome, and I know she is going to love it.
