This company was beyond amazing!! Not going to lie, I was originally extremely nervous about spending so much money and getting an engagement ring from online that I never seen in person before. But believe me this was amazing and a great experience. They email and send you picture updates throughout the creating of the ring and make sure you like the diamond before setting it. When I got the ring in person, I was in disbelief! The pictures of these online do not give their ring the proper justice. It is outstanding work and beyond beautiful. She said yes and absolutely loves the ring!!! Everyone comments on how gorgeous and EPIC the ring is. Thank you so much for making this experience of ring shoping so easy and helpful!!!! I don't like rings so instead I bought this as my wedding necklaces and I absolutely adore it! When I purchased the necklaces I accidentally ordered the sword in the wrong color so I emailed to correct it. Within 2 days of sending my email I got a response and the difference of the upgrade I accidentally paid for was refunded to me. My order took 5 weeks for me to receive it so it was longer than the 3-4 weeks promised, but I planned some extra time just in case. The necklaces both have 2 different length settings which I appreciate. Unfortunately when I tired the necklaces on the sword necklace was loose which you can see in my photo #1. In photo #2 I adjusted the sword necklace to be on the shorter setting, but left the heart at the same length as before. This was unfortunately too short. At this point I reached out to Starland to see if they could do anything with my wedding being 9 days away. They said shipping would take too long, but I could take it to a local jeweler and they would cover it for me. I took it to a quick fix jewelry shop near me where I had the chain adjusted for $38 and was refunded by the seller. Photo #3 shows after having the necklace adjusted. Through wearing it daily the necklace chains can get a bit twisted, but the heart and sword infrequently come apart. I'm beyond happy!
I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough! My wedding band was custom made for me with so much love, care and attention to detail, and it is absolutely gorgeous!!

I could not be happier with this ring. The photos are beautiful, but they honestly do not capture how striking it is in person. The deep red garnet, black-gold setting, coffin-shaped design, and intricate bat-wing details come together perfectly. It is dark, romantic, elegant, and completely unique. The craftsmanship and small details are exceptional, and the ring feels every bit as special as the occasion it was purchased for.
We experienced a stressful delay with UPS just days before my proposal, and Jimmy went above and beyond to help. He responded with genuine compassion, took the situation seriously, and offered several incredibly generous solutions to make sure the proposal would not be ruined—even though the shipping problem was ultimately outside the store’s control.
Thankfully, UPS located the package and the ring arrived in time. Opening it and finally seeing it in person made the entire experience worth it. It is absolutely awesome, and I know she is going to love it.
